Blend the fresh tomatoes,tatasi(remove the seeds) and pepper.boil till the water reduces.

Kill and prepare the chicken then boil adding onion,salt,knorr seasoning,curry and thyme.boil for 30minutes.drain the stock and keep aside.

Fry the boiled tomato paste in vegetable oil for 10minutes then pour in the chicken with the stock add curry,salt,knorr seasoning and ginger with garlic paste.let it boil for at least 15minutes then slice the green pepper and pour inside simmer a bit and bring down the stew.
