Roughly break leftover rotis into small pieces. In kadhai add,heat oil,do tempering of mustard, cumin seeds,add curry leaves,as they splutter add roti pieces, turmeric powder red chilli powder and, dhaniya jeera powder, salt, lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot garnishing with finely chopped green coriander leaves as hot snack in breakfast with hot tea or coffee.
