Soak Urad dal for 30 mins and grind it into a smooth batter with little salt

Pour the batter into the idli tray and steam it for 10 mins.

Remove the Urad dal Vada from the tray and soak it in water for 1 min and then arrange them in the plate

Add beaten curd,imli Chutney,green chutney and sprinkle some red chilli powder and chaat masala.
