Ingredients

2 cupsall purpose flour
1/2 cupsugar
1Egg
3 cupsmilk
1 tspvanilla essence
2 tbscooking oil
1 tbsbaking powder

Steps

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder

Add vanilla essence,eggs and cooking oil and mix for about 2 min

Add milk and mix for about 2 min

When well mixed. Heat pan with tsp of oil.

Pour the mixture into the pan and let it spread itself

When well cooked serve with Tea
