2 litermilk
2big lemon

Steps

Boil 2 liter milk. When milk gets boil at that time squeeze the lemons. And continuously stir the milk till it separate the paneer.

After that filter the paneer with cotton thin muslin cloth. And give it a tight lump. And heavy weight on this for half an hour.

Your paneer is ready just like in photo.
