Steps

Wash and slice ur plantain into two halves,salt and set side

In ur frying pan,add veg oil enof to fry d plantain.

Once d oil is hot,fry d plantain till each sides changes it's colour and set aside.

Empty d oil from d frying pan and set aside.

In a bowl,whisk ur egg,sardine and little knorr cubes,

Heat up ur frying pan with little oil and fry d eggs 2 mins on each side.

Slice ur eggs to d shape of ur fried plantain and begin to sandwich d eggs in between d plantain.

U can eat alone or with stew or any sauce
