Traditional low calorie, healthy, nutritious breakfast hot snack..Poha.. cooked with seasonal winter vegetable.. fresh hara channa/green chickpeas.
Steps

Soak green chillies in water for 10 minutes... parboiled & grind coarsely.Wash poha in enough water & drain..soak for 10 mins.

In nonstick cooking kadhai add,heat oil,add, asafoetida, sesame seeds and green chillies paste,saute for 30 secs. Add coarse mixture of chickpeas..mix and saute for 5 mins.

Add soaked poha,salt,sugar,lemon juice,..

Mix well and off the flame.

Serve hot garnishing with grated coconut & chopped fresh coriander leaves.
