Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer cut into cubes
  2. 1 cupboiled green peas
  3. 2onion paste
  4. 2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cuptomato green chilli paste
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  10. As neededmustard oil
  11. To tastesalt
  12. 1 tablespoonkaju paste
  13. 1 teaspoonsugar
  14. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves chopped

    Marinate paneer cubes with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a wok with some oil. Add onion paste and saute on low heat until the raw aroma disapear. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while. Add tomato chilli paste and all masala powder and saute on low heat till oil seperates from it. Add paner cubes and cook for 2-3 min add kaju paste and cooj for another 2 min. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and allow it to boil.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
