  • 3-5large potatoes
  • Onions and tomatoes for the salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes, cut them,soak them in salty water with a little vinegar. Let them sit for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Heat up your oil, fry your chips till ready and crispy

  3. 3

    Serve with kachumbari/salsa on the side...the perfect street food
