Ingredients

  • 3 tspoil
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cupgreen gram
  • 1potato cut length wise
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped green chilles
  • As neededChopped ginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 3 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and crackle.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions and potatoes and saute

    Add all the spices and mix well

    Add green gram and soaked rice. Saute. Add water and cook till done.
