Ingredients

  1. 5-7spinach leaves washed and dry
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 4tbspGram flour
  4. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  5. PinchAsafoetida
  6. 2 tbsrice flour
  7. Pinchturmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  10. As neededWater to make med thick paste of gram flour
  11. As neededOil for deep or shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Now make gram flour paste by adding all ingredients except oil

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok or kadai dip the spinach leaf in batter fully coated and fry till golden brown u can fry 2-3 leaves at a time

  3. 3

    Serve hot crispy spinach pakoda with green chutney or ketchup
