Ingredients

5-7spinach leaves washed and dry
to tasteSalt
4tbspGram flour
1/4 tspcarrom seeds
PinchAsafoetida
2 tbsrice flour
Pinchturmeric powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspgaram masala
As neededWater to make med thick paste of gram flour
As neededOil for deep or shallow frying

Now make gram flour paste by adding all ingredients except oil

Heat oil in a wok or kadai dip the spinach leaf in batter fully coated and fry till golden brown u can fry 2-3 leaves at a time

Serve hot crispy spinach pakoda with green chutney or ketchup
