Steps

Peel the potatoes and wash it

In the cooking pan put potatoes, chillie and garlic with 2 cups of water and lastly add salt

Cook for 10 minutes then strain the water in other bowl put your potatoes and mashed softly and add lemon juice

While still hot start to make small balls

Blend flour, turmeric and water
- 6
Put round potatoes inside the flour paste and in medium heat use spoon to take the potatoe and fry until the colour you desire

I prefer light and little bit dark enjoy with chutney or any sauce
