Ingredients

  1. 800 gmIlish cut in 8 ring pcs
  2. 150 gmblack mustard seeds paste
  3. 2 tablespoonsour curd
  4. 100 gmmustard oil
  5. 7/8green chilli
  6. 50 gmpoppy seed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    At first clean ilish pcs then rub with salt and turmeric powder and set aside for 15 miniutes.

  2. 2

    Mix black mustard paste with poppy seed paste, salt as needed, remaining turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mustere oil, curd and 3/4 green chilli paste. Add half cup water.

  3. 3

    In a microproof bowl put two tablespoons mix paste to the bowl then place the fish pcs on mixture and again poured reamining mix paste over the fishes.Then add 5/6 green chilis & two tablespoons musterd oil on it.

    After that microwave for 25 miniutes in convection mode in 180 degree temperature.

    Served hot with steamed rice.
