  • Thyme
  • Garlic
  • Ginger flour
  • Seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    You fry your potato and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    You wash your offals add a little bit vinegar on the wash and put it on fire

  3. 3

    You add all your spices and seasonings allow it to cook then you add your blended Scotch bonnet and onion and add water. Allow it to cook.
