Ingredients

  • 1kilo cow tail
  • Knorr Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pepper soup grinded spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash meat thoroughly & add into pot (I used pressure pot) for fast cooking. Add seasoning, sliced onions & black pepper. Allow to cook for 5mins then add enough water.

  2. 2

    When it's tender enough add pepper soup spices and allow for about 3mins

  3. 3

    Add scent leave if you have. Serve & enjoy.
