Mix oil n sugar. Beat with a beater adding one egg at a time.

Once eggs are all mixed add vanilla n lemon juice. Beat till eggs are frothy.

Using a spatula mix sieved flour n baking powder. I normally add a little bit of vermicelli strands.

Bake in a pre heated oven for 40mins or till skewer cums out clean.
