Ingredients

  • 1cupboiled masoor daal
  • 1 cuponion chopped
  • 1 cuptomato chopped
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspkasoori methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder and leaves
  • 2 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter saute ginge rgarlic

  2. 2

    Add onion and tomato,mix well add spices and cook on high flame

  3. 3

    Add kasoori methi and daal

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water low the flame cover it and cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Open the lid when serve,garnish with coriander leaves
