Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonstahini
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Hot chili powder or cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the tahini and vinegar together well until they start to thicken.

  2. 2

    Slowly add a little water at a time, stirring constantly, until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.

  3. 3

    Add salt and chili powder to taste, and enjoy!
