I put a pot on a hot fire, added my palm oil, allowed it get hot and bleach a bit, added my onions,curry, and garlic then allowed to fry a bit. I then added my tomatoes pepper, crayfish and tumeric and stir well then allowed to fry I added my Maggi,and salt, stired until dried and then I added little water and my fried meat then spinach. Turned it and allowed to steam for 3mins and I brought it down and ready to serve
