Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 4elachi
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 litremilk
  • 4 tspGhee
  • 10Cashew chopped

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    First a milk pan boil milk once boil add sugar and mix well and continue to boil till half then add ric and cook for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    In between mix it well add elachi and dryfruits and mix and cook till milk thicken and sugar dissolves
