Cut edges of the bread and roll with a rolling pin apply little water on sides and place the other bread piece on that and close the edges properly,dip in the beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry cut in between and it will open in pockets you can fill any kind of filling.

Similarly u can add the stuffing and then place the other slice bread on top then seal, dip,roll in bread crumbs and fry.

For Filling:Take a pan add oil,saute onions and ginger garlic paste,put the masalas and veggies and saute and put the boiled chicken shredded,saute well and filling is ready.

Note: can use any filling like chicken mayo masala,shawarma masala etc.
