Peel the bananas, when doing this put oil in your hands to avoid stickiness. Put them in salty water to avoid them turning black

Heat oil, then add onions and garlic and fry till brown

Add tomatoes, salt and tumeric, cook till they soften

Add the bananas stir then add 1 cup water
- 5
Cook till they are properly cooked, this will take around 20mins on medium heat

Serve with any stew of your choice
