These bon bons are an excellent complement for meetings, birthday parties, events or simply to give us a taste when it comes to cravings.
They are ideal to enjoy on this special date of the year to accompany the toast or coffee delighting our after-dinner while sharing anecdotes, experiences and our wishes for next year.
You can prepare it in advance and keep it in the refrigerator or freeze it until the day you want to use it.

Filling preparation:

Beat butter in a bowl until soft
Add the confectioners sugar little by little, mix - 4
Once the butter and sugar are combined, add the cream, the vanilla, beat it until achieve a creamy consistency
Store it in the refrigerator until consumed
Use it or freeze it within 3 days - 5
For assemble it:

Divide the filling into two bowls
In one of them add the amount of grated coconut (to taste), mix
In the other add the amount of chopped walnuts (to taste), mix
Cover the bowls and refrigerate it for 2 hours - 7

After the filling has had enough time to cool, spray with cooking oil a tablespoon measure - 8
Take a measure of filling with the tablespoon, place it side by side on butter paper
Beetween the palms of your hands roll each filling measure to give it a nice round shape, do not overdo it for too long or they will melt
