  • 1/4 cupwhipping cream
  • 8 tablespoonsunsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • For assemble it:

  • Chopped walnuts
  • Sprinkle grajeas
  • Waxed paper
  • Tablespoonmeasure (rounded shape)

    Filling preparation:

    Beat butter in a bowl until soft
    Add the confectioners sugar little by little, mix

    Once the butter and sugar are combined, add the cream, the vanilla, beat it until achieve a creamy consistency
    Store it in the refrigerator until consumed
    Use it or freeze it within 3 days

    For assemble it:

    Divide the filling into two bowls
    In one of them add the amount of grated coconut (to taste), mix
    In the other add the amount of chopped walnuts (to taste), mix
    Cover the bowls and refrigerate it for 2 hours

    Cover the bowls and refrigerate it for 2 hours
    After the filling has had enough time to cool, spray with cooking oil a tablespoon measure

    Take a measure of filling with the tablespoon, place it side by side on butter paper
    Beetween the palms of your hands roll each filling measure to give it a nice round shape, do not overdo it for too long or they will melt
    In a bowl filled with a topping of your choise (can be chopped walnuts, grated coconut, sprinke grajeas, etc.), roll the filling balls and place it on a waxed paper

    To serve place it on paper candy cups

    Because these bon-bons are made of butter, they will soften in the heat, so make sure to store it in the refrigerator until consume
    Consume or freeze it within 3 days
