This is a healthy and yummy breakfast with less oil and steamed recipe.
Steps

Add potato and green chilli in bowl

Add paneer and coriander leaves

Now add all spices and mash and mix them all

For rice rolls---

Take rice flour in pan add salt

Take hot water and mix water in flour and make dough

Take plastic sheet and roll down rice dough

In center fill with stuffing in length wise

And with help of plastic sheet make a roll covering filling inside

Make all rolls and keep in greased tray

Put in steamer and cook for 20 min.

For tadka---

Now make tadka by adding oil,mustard seeds and green chilli

Cut rolls and temper them

Garnish with coriander

Serve with green chutney
