Heat oil in a wok add cummin seeds when crackle add turmeric powder, red chilli, garam masala, pudina chuttney powder, and salt.

Roast the spices for 1-2 min.

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes mix well.

Cook this potato mixture for 4-5 min. on low flame.

Keep aside the mixture.

Cut the edges of bread slices.

And cut into 2 pieces.

Dip bread slice in water.

Now squeeze the bread slice fill potato mixture and bind tightly.

Heat oil in a wok add bread rolls and deep fry till golden in colour.

Serve with tomato sauce or chuttney.
