Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmilk
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 5-6carrot (grated)
  4. dry fruits
  5. desi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat milk and boil it.

  2. 2

    Add grated carrots and sugar in it.

  3. 3

    Cook for almost 2 hr in low flame untill all milk get absorb.

  4. 4

    After then saute this halwa for 2-3 min in desi ghee and soread dry fruits in it.
