Boil your meat till soft

Add onions, garlic, ginger and oil then dry fry till golden brown.

Add in masala and dark soy sauce then mix well

Add in the rice, sugar and salt then stir well.

Add in the water let the mixture boil.

When water reduces cover it and reduce heat.

Serve with your favourite stew and enjoy
