Homemade paneer
Homemade paneer is very soft and more fresh and hygienic.
Steps

Boil milk in a thick container.

As it start boiling add lemon juice and stir continuously till the milk curdles.

Now switch off the gas and strain it in a cheesecloth. Squeeze off the water completely.

Rinse off the curdled milk with water to remove the sourness of lemon.
- 5
Again squeeze off the water. Now fold the cloth tightly by giving the proper shape to paneer.

Place heavy weight on paneer and rest it for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes homemade paneer will be ready.
