Ingredients

  • 7 cupsflour
  • 2teaspns salt
  • 5tblspns ghee/oil
  • U can use cowboy
  • Warm water for kneading

Steps

  1. 1

    Put flour,oil,salt and knead.

  2. 2

    Let it rest for like 15mins.

  3. 3

    Roll into a big circle spread oil.

  4. 4

    Cut into strips and roll again to make balls(tabaki).

    Let it rest again for like 5-10mins.

  6. 6

    Roll into a circle.

    Fry both sides with oil on a flat pan.
