Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSarson ka sag
  2. 1/2 kgSpinach
  3. 2Green chilli
  4. 2 tspChopped Ginger
  5. 1 tablespoonSalt
  6. 2Onion chopped
  7. For tadka
  8. 2Onion
  9. 2Tomato
  10. To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  11. 4 tspDesi ghee
  12. 200 gmMakki ka aata
  13. 1 tablespoonSalt
  14. 1 pinchAjwain
  15. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  16. As neededDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle saag and palak ko cut kar lo phir usko ache se 2-3 baar waskh kar lo

    Now cooker m saag..palak daal do and salt,,green chilli,,ginger bhi add krdo and band kar do

    2-3 whistle ke bd gas ka flame low krdo and after 45 min gas ka flame off kar do

  4. 4

    Now saag m se access water remove kar do and usko blender ki help se. Blend kar lo

  5. 5

    Another side onion,,tomato cut kar lo and opn pan m desi ghee daalo now add onion and tomato

  6. 6

    After some time. Add all dry masalas and add boiles saag in to it

  7. 7

    Saag is ready by adding as much desi ghee as u can

  8. 8

    Ab maake ke aate m green onion,,coriander leaves,,,salt,,ajwain add kar do

  9. 9

    And warm water se dough ready kar lo and makke ki roti bana do

  10. 10

    Now grnish wth carrot pickle and serve maake ki rti sarson ka sag wth desi ghee
