Ingredients

  • 500 gmgreen tomato
  • 1 tspginger crushed
  • 3-4green chillies
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the tomatoes and pressure cook well adding salt and green chilli

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and ginger paste

  3. 3

    Add boiled tomato saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add sugar simmer till it is thick

  5. 5

    Serve or preserve for further use
