Season your chicken with onion, a little salt, seasoning cubes, curry, thyme and bay leaves to make stock. While the meat is on fire, wash your rice thoroughly with salt and water and set aside

Blend your tomatoes and pepper with onion. Place a pan on. Add your oil and then your diced onion. Firstly fry your tin tomatoes till it's dry and then pour your blended tomatoes and pepper with onion and fry till it's dry and oil is up on the surface.

Pour your meat stock, stir together and repeat the ingredients mentioned above aside the pepper and tomatoes. Allow to boil and pour your rice, stir together and cover to cook till it's soft to your satisfaction. Add some sliced onions and stir together a different your rice is ready

Then fry your chicken and then pour into your already fried tomato and pepper mixture and stir together. Your sauced chicken is ready.. Enjoy with your rice with any soft drink of your choice.

NB: I kept some stew aside and that's what I used in saucing my chicken.
