Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ozground pork (300 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil (30 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonsketo-friendly oyster sauce (45 ml)
  • 20Thai basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoonerythritol (4 grams)
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 7fresh chili peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add the finely chopped garlic to the skillet.

  3. 3

    When the garlic turns golden, add the crushed chili peppers.

  4. 4

    Add the ground pork and cook until browned.

  5. 5

    Once the pork is cooked, add the keto-friendly oyster sauce.

  6. 6

    Add the Thai basil leaves and stir until just wilted.
