Brown rice with sweet and chilly chicken

Pour oil over hot pot, add onions, black pepper, clove, thyme, and fry for about two minutes.

Pour rice into the pot and let it fry in the oil and keep stirring until it turns golden brown, pour water, add seasoning and let the rice cook.

Cook chicken for about 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients and blend to make a paste.

Coat chicken in paste and grill for 10 minuets.

Serve with rice. Enjoy
