Halfcup sugar
1 teaspoonsvanilla essence
1and half cup of milk
1 tablespoonoil

In a medium blender add the flour

Add the sugar

Add the 2 eggs

Add the milk

Blend until incorporated and smooth

Brush the pan with little butter and add the mixture (one laddle)

Flif to the other side and fry

Serve with tea or jam
