Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina / suji
  • 1 1/2 cupgreen peas seeds (for stuffing)
  • Salt according as per taste
  • 2 spoonoil for dough
  • as neededOil for deep fry
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1/2 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • As neededchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 spoonjeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the water in a pan add 2 spoon oil and 1 spoon salt,add 1 cup semolina.

  2. 2

    Stir continuously till mixture becomes thick leave the pan..let the suji mixture cool down for some time..

  3. 3

    Take a boiled, meshed pea's, add the salt, red chilli powder, garam masala make a stuffing..

  4. 4

    Mash the rava dought make a smooth dought...

  5. 5

    Niw divide dough make a small size ball's.. Now flatten the balls with your palm...

  6. 6

    Place a small size ball of the stuffing in the center and seal properly no cracks..

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a deep pan, deep fry the rava kachori till pink or crapsy...

  8. 8

    Serve hot with chutney...
