Add 1 tbsp oil In a pan. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp hing. Add onion and tomato and cook until soft in low flame.

Let it cool. Add chopped coriander leaves.Make paste. Add1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to it.

Add1 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp hing.Add chopped garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped methi / fenugreek leaves. Cook until soft. Keep aside.

Add rest of oil in a pan. Fry chicken pieces until golden. Keep aside.

Add cumin seeds and hing. Add the onion tomato paste. Cook until oil releases. Add methi. Add chicken. Add roasted powder,garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water in the marinated masala and pour in the pan. Cook in medium flame for 12 minutes.
