Ingredients

  • 2drumsticks
  • 1/2brinjal
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 cupcubed pumpkin
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1.5 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1tomato
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaf for tempering

  2. 2

    Add whole tomato and vegetables and saute

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Now mash the tomato with the back of the ladle

  6. 6

    Add red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder,mix well

  7. 7

    Add sugar and water,simmer to cook well
