15-20idli
1/3rai/ mustard seeds
3 tbspoil
3capsicum
3onion slices
3tomato
2 tbsptomato ketchup
2green chilli
1/2 tspTurmeric
1 tbspSambhar masala
to tasteSalt
2lemon

Steps

Heat oil and add rai then add onion and saute it

Now add tomato and capsicum and all masala mix them well

Now add tomato ketchup and lemon stir it

Cut all idlis into 4 portions then add cut idli into tadka stir it.
5

Cook it for 3-4 min stir continuosly and serve hot
