  • Okpa powder
  • Salt
  • Fresh pepper
  • Palmoil
  • Crayfish
  • cubesStar

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the okpa powder in a big bowl,add crayfish,pepper,salt and star cubes.

  2. 2

    Add warm water to the okpa powder and be mixing it very well to avoid lumps.rinse nylons and scoope the mixture in it.

  3. 3

    Put all in a big pot containing boiled water place on the heat and boil for an hour.
