Pan fried chicken

Usually I am the one who cooks. However for this recipe I told Milady to make the food. So she made it using the ingredients I provided and I loved it to the last bite.

Steps
- 1
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh inside leaving it hollow.
- 2
Wash the chicken, cut it to manageable pieces and dry marinate it using the black pepper, cinnamon and salt. Let it sit for a while.
- 3
As the chicken marinates, wash the rice and cook it.
- 4
After the rice cooks, take a pan and heat it before adding the butter.
- 5
Add a pinch of black pepper to the butter and then add the chicken piece by piece in the hot butter.
- 6
Shallow fry it over medium to high heat until well cooked. This should be about 15 minutes.
- 7
Take your hollowed pineapple and in one half serve the rice and the other the chicken.
- 8
As a bonus the pineapple flesh can serve as a dessert and the little juice can be poured over the rice and enjoyed.
