One more type of Puris as snacks.It is healthy and very delicious in taste.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add flour, carom seeds,all masala and oil. Mix it well. Use little little water and make the tight dough. Keep for 15 mins.

After 15 min add 1 tsp of oil and make the dough smooth. Make small balls out of it.

Take a rolling pin. Roll all puris keep them for a dry on a cloth.

Now put a deep pan add oil on medium flame. Fry all the pooris and serve with hot tea or coffee
