A very healthy and delicious breakfast made in most of the houses.. Easy to make and digest too.

Soak puffed rice fr 2 to 3min if it's very thin and light. Soak so that Rice gets soft

Heat oil in kadai. Add rai seeds, ginger paste, green chilli and red chilli.Now add onions then add one by one all the veggies except tomatoes.add salt and haldi power and cover and cook till veggies are done.

Now add peanuts and tomatoes.Now add soaked puffed rice. Add salt and sugar And mix nicely. Adjust salt coz already in veggies.now add tomatoes and give a last mix generously so that puffed rice don't break.

Garnish with coriander and sev which gives good taste to poha
