Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 600 mldouble cream
  2. 3-4really ripe persimmons
  3. 4-5 tablespoonswhite wine

  1. 1

    Whip the cream until it holds a shape

  2. 2

    Mash the peeled persimmons and stir into the cream.

  3. 3

    Pour in the wine a little at a time and stir in you can add more than I said just taste until it's right for you.
