Pasta and lentil soup

Name: Pasta and lentil soup

Ingredients: 200 g pasta; 200 g tin of ready cooked lentils; 400 ml or so of stock of your choice; Salt and pepper; Parmesan on top if you fancy; Bread to serve

Very very easy, quick and tasty soup. Pasta soup in Italy, is usually made with a very short and small pasta like you can see. Or you can roughly break up spaghetti into small pieces instead :) #vegetarian #italian #soup

Ingredients

200 gpasta
200 gtin of ready cooked lentils
400 mlor so of stock of your choice
Salt and pepper
Parmesan on top if you fancy
Bread to serve

Steps

Bring stock to the boil and salt and pepper to taste

Add pasta and stir well.

When pasta nearly cooked, add the drained lentils and continue boiling until cooked or soup has become denser :)
