Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupchopped corriander
  • 1/2 cupcubed green bell pepper
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/8 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic crashed
  • 1small root ginger crashed
  • 3/4 cupswater
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1green chilli cut in small pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift together gram flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt,, turmeric powder and black pepper

  2. 2

    Gradually add water as you mix until you get a smooth mixture.

  3. 3

    Add in the green bell pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and corriander.

  4. 4

    Heat oil then fry small portions, u can use a scoop/spoon to scoop or your hands(but ensure they're clean)

    Serve with tamarind sauce and enjoy
