Heat up the whipping cream in the microwave for 2 minutes

Pour the hot whipping cream on the shredded chocolate then stir using a fork or whisk.

Add butter and stir to give the ganache and extra shine and a pinch of salt to give the ganache that extra umph!

Ganache is ready to use.. Enjoy! Can be used on cakes, donuts strawberry coating etc...
