Steps

Sift together gram flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt,, turmeric powder and black pepper

Gradually add water as you mix until you get a smooth mixture.

Add in the green bell pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and corriander.

Heat oil then fry small portions, u can use a scoop/spoon to scoop or your hands(but ensure they're clean)

Serve with tamarind sauce and enjoy
