2eggs
2bell peppers
Onion
2 tbspvegetable oil
cubeSeasoning
Peak liquid milk

In a boiling water, add a pinch of salt and oat and allow to cook for 5-7mins

In a bowl, whisk your egg adding your Sliced onion, pepper and a pinch of salt. Then fry in your 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Serve oat with sugar and milk
