Ingredients

  • 1 canchickpeas
  • 5 tbsptahini
  • 1large lemon or 2 small (juiced)
  • Handfulbasil
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • Dashpaprika

  1. 1

    Freeze the basil - this keeps it bright green when blending in the last step

  2. 2

    Blend all the ingredients apart from the basil

    Remove the basil from the freezer and blend in

    Make a “dip” in the hummus and pour in olive oil and paprika to serve
